We believe that developing effective leaders, and enabling them to manage effectively, has the potential to add significant value to organisations.

The Learning to Lead program consists of the following three core elements:

  • Leadership and Managment

“I think the program was run excellently – it was so great to meet people from other non-government areas and to see the same challenges exist despite the varied contexts.”

“The facilitation of the program really great. The facilitator obviously knows his stuff which makes it so much more engaging and relevant. I really enjoyed the time I got to spend in his company!”

  • THE FIVE PRACTICES OF EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP

This element is based on the extensive research of Jim Kouzes and Barry Possner that identified five practices common to exceptional leadership performance. This led to the establishment of the ‘Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership’ framework, an evidence-based approach of best practice in leadership.
